This week i follow my senior technician go to Melacca and Johor to testing and commissioning dehumidifier machines of few factory. We spent about 2 hour to reach Melacca and check the wiring of a machine and replace a new PLC controller onto the unit. After that we monitoring for an hour to make sure the unit run in normal condition.

After that, we found out the unit at the demo room can’t get the room condition that RH over the request percentage. So the senior technician climb up the ladder and open up the ceiling and check. He heard some ‘tick tack’ sound from the unit and said the capacitor of the drive motor spoiled. However the capacitor just taken out by the service coordinator in the morning. So we can’t do anything on the time, and he decide to rush to johor on the day.

We reach Johor Jaya around 10 something, and we stay at okid cottage hotel. the day after we go to Senai industrial area to work. We replace the rotor wheel to the unit and test. However we still can not get the performance of the unit. Then, we try our best to do, but we failed. Because the rotor wheel that we bring along is already not in good condition. But our directing manager said it doesn’t make sense. he said the rotor wheel is new and can not be no performance. Of course we know that is new but it was putting in the store room 5 years already….zzzzz….sigh…. lol. Senior technician keep ague with the directing manager. finally the directing manager ask us get back to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow and bring 3 more rotor wheels to test again…..sigh…

Then we take the capacitor from the sales engineer and prepare to go back Melacca to replace it onto the unit at demo room.

After all, we reach Kuala Lumpur around 11 at night… we go to Puchong  take back the rental unit and return to store take out 3 rotor wheels… and straight away rush to johor again. We spent 4 hours plus to reach there. We done our job at 8 o’clock something. After bath and dinner senior bring me along to the johor free duty plaza to drink and buy some chocolate. I can see Singapore at that place…. lol, this is my first time reach Johor Bahru. I’m only went to Muar and Batu Pahat last time. But i can not meet my sister who stay at Skudai and a friend at pontian…. sigh.

By the way i came back to Kuala Lumpur at 5 and the coordinator ask us to go to another site to help the other group solve the problem….zzzzzzzzzzzzzz….WALAU. i see the senior’s face look like very ‘DULAN’ already. Finally i reach home at 9pm.

Tomorrow need to another site to troubleshoot…. because the coordinator can not explain the problem….
